At The Bike Shop, we want you to ride with confidence; if your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in original, unridden condition with the tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and small parts are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our mechanics inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
